Chemix 2.0 now has roughly 20 pieces filling the first two categories. All container items allow liquids visualisation with gravity-aware surface alignment (see image). Work on the engine has been mostly completed, so the current focus is to add the remaining 50 or so items to the last 8 categories.

First five categories are complete! Chemix 2.0 now has more items than the original version, including e.g. a Graham condenser or a Buchner Funnel.
RELEASE the DAMN thing!!! I can't wait for this!! Chemix 1.0 is close to useless, but Chemix 2.0 is EXACTLY what I've been looking for!! I've wasted so much time making lab diagrams in CorelDRAW, drawing the same components over and over again! It's a surprise no one else is developing apps like this. But please do not tease with a preview, give a beta download!! Not everyone requires all the categories of equipment. While you add those, this will be very useful and time-saving. Please release a beta version, or atleast email me an Alpha or something...
And sorry about all the CAPS
